New membership option set to boost Trust's activities

Become a member of Haslemere Signal Box Trust and support
a bold preservation initiative on the Portsmouth Direct line. A new membership option gives existing Friends of Haslemere Signal Box – and future participants – an opportunity to play a bigger role in the Trust's work and enjoy special benefits. Friends have already shown support for the Trust's plans to restore and operate the signal box as a working museum – alongside a museum of railway memorabilia and a memorial garden. With the lease on the former offices above the station entrance and booking hall now signed, work to develop the museum facilities has begun. The new membership option provides opportunities to contribute towards development costs for the museum and future projects. In return, members can look forward to special benefits such as private visits and talks on railway topics. The annual subscription for the year to 31 March 2027 is £12 for an adult and £6 for a child (under 16 on the date of application, or the renewal date). Complete the membership application and submit electronically or send a paper copy. Membership subscriptions can be paid by standing order or bank transfer.
